Task tracking for teams that plan by the week

Plan the week. See what really happened.

Workloom keeps tasks, weekly plans, time off and recorded work in one place, so your team spends less time in spreadsheets and more time shipping.

Sign in with Google and your workspace is ready in a minute. No payment details needed.

What you get

One workspace for the whole week.

Everything a small team needs to agree on the work, do it, and look back honestly.

Tasks

Table, board, timeline and graph.

Edit inline, group by section or person, drag cards, undo mistakes. The same tasks in four views.

Plan & fact

An honest picture of the week.

Set weekly plans, record the work that happened and compare the two. Copy last week into the next one in a click.

Time off

Absences that understand capacity.

Vacation and flexible days with accruals, approvals and a team calendar that shows who is away on the timeline.

Dependencies

See what comes before what.

Link tasks across projects, spot unfinished predecessors and carry unfinished work into next week without double counting.

Inbox & mentions

Know when something needs you.

Assignments, comments, @mentions and time-off decisions land in one inbox, with a badge for what is new.

API & MCP

Automate it, or ask an assistant.

Personal access tokens, a REST API and an MCP server let scripts, Claude or Codex create and update tasks with your permissions.

A rhythm you can follow

From a task to a clearer week.

  1. 01

    Lay out the work.

Create a project, add tasks and make ownership clear. Import from Asana if you are moving over.

  2. 02

    Make room for the week.

Choose commitments for the period, with meetings and time off in the same context.

  3. 03

    Keep the picture honest.

Record work, review plan against fact, then copy the week and carry over what is unfinished.

Honest about it

The good, and the not-yet.

Why teams pick it

  • Plan and fact live next to each other, not in separate spreadsheets.
  • Time off and capacity are built in, not bolted on.
  • A fast table with inline editing, keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl/Cmd+K) and Undo.
  • Start in minutes: sign in with Google, or import a project from Asana.
  • An open API and MCP server, with tokens limited to what you can do.
  • Weekly rhythm tools: copy last week, defaults for new tasks, carry over unfinished work.

Where it is not for you (yet)

  • The interface is English only.
  • It is a web app: no native mobile apps (the browser works, wide tables scroll sideways).
  • No private projects: everyone in a workspace sees all of its tasks.
  • No file attachments on tasks.
  • Notifications live in the in-app Inbox; there are no e-mail digests yet.
  • Sign-in is with Google only.
  • Recurring tasks are not supported yet (recurring meetings are).
  • It is a young product: expect rough edges and quick changes.

Questions

Good to know

Is it free to try?

Yes. Choose Try for free, sign in and you get an empty workspace to explore. No payment details are asked. Plans and pricing have not been announced.

How do I sign in?

With your Google account. The first sign-in creates your account and your own workspace, so signing up and signing in are the same step.

Can I bring my work from Asana?

Yes. Export a project from Asana and import it from the Projects page; sections, assignees, dates, tags and dependencies come along.

Who can see my tasks?

People you invite to your workspace. Inside a workspace every member can see all tasks; roles decide who can edit, manage people and approve time off.

Is there an API?

Yes: a REST API and an MCP server, authorised with personal access tokens that never exceed your own permissions. See the API and MCP docs.

Can my team use it together?

Yes. Invite teammates with a link and give them a role: owner, admin, member or viewer.
